The first thing I noticed (within a few days of starting the detox) was the uptake in my energy. - Drink the Skinny Tea in the morning before breakfast. I found this to be easy to do…I made my tea before leaving to drop my kids off at school and was mostly done with it by the time I got home. By then I was ready to eat!
- You can do a second or even third pour-over with hot water and continue drinking the Skinny Tea throughout the day. This is a great way to get extra miles out of your supply of tea.
- The Colon Cleanse is made to drink right before bed. Be sure (read: you must do this!!) to drink 8-12 ounces of water before drinking the Teami Colon. Honestly, the first couple times left me with harsh stomach cramping. Drinking water beforehand made a huge difference in how I felt the next morning and resulted in a much gentler effect.
My results were very similar to many of the photos found in the Before and After section of the Teami Blends website, so in the name of self-preservation let me share one of those!
Bottom line? This stuff works.
