Everything comes labeled so it is impossible to mess up any of their recipes. For my January box my eight-year-old daughter made most of the recipes by herself. I was just there to supervise and to make sure she understood her instructions. This is a great way to enjoy bonding time with your children, and it’s always a great time to teach them how to read a recipe.

I chose to make Simply Earth’s recipe for Magnesium Sleep Spray to help my family sleep better. School is exhausting, and when you add sports in the mix with three children it’s hard to get them to wind down and go to bed. Once I finished making the spray I took it around the house and sprayed all our pillows. I will try anything to help my kids go to sleep faster at night. The Magnesium Sleep Spray worked like a charm both of my little ones have been going to bed as soon as their heads hit the pillow!
