simple plan for clean eating with eMeals :: review + giveaway

disclaimer no giveaway
A few years ago we decided as a family to eat healthier. We aren’t all clean eating all the time. We aren’t all organic all the time. We aren’t all local-grown all the time. But we do a lot of clean, organic, local-grown food when we can. But we also don’t turn down a few splurges sometimes. The past week, however, has been full of more than just a few splurges and I am craving real, simple foods. I am not, however, craving sitting down and making a menu and grocery list. Luckily, eMeals does most of that for me! (If only they could go to the grocery store for me, too!)

One of my favorite simple meals this past week was made with leftovers that we had from Christmas dinner. Apple-Pomegranate-Walnut (I used pecans) Chicken Salad with Feta. Holy deliciousness, Batman!
