I don’t know how I lived without this 6-in-1 avocado tool. It’s everything I “avo” wanted. Please don’t groan, it’s a good avocado Valentine pun!

Jokari Gourmet has come up with a unique and ever so helpful tool for cutting, pitting, scooping, slicing, mashing, and spreading avocados. I am a big fan of an efficient kitchen tool that doesn’t take up very much space in my drawers. This avocado tool is a wonderful addition to my drawer of cooking gadgets. You can see the tool in action in the photos below. We will be giving away one of these tools as well!

6 in 1 tool
avocado tuna snackSAFE storage magnets attach the handles, protecting the sharp edge. Plus, the unique design keeps the blades off the counter top. I like scoop out an avocado and mash it with a can of tuna. Lightly salt, and pepper the mashed avocado and tuna. Put it back in the shell and top it with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Sesame blend. I wish this recipe looked prettier, but I can assure you it’s a low-carb snack worth making with the 6-in-1 avocado tool. I also found a WW recipe for pineapple avocado salsa that is quite delicious on grilled chicken.

If we are going to talk about avocados then you must try THIS guacamole recipe. I love it that I can make a big batch and freeze it.
