It’s that time of the month. No, not THAT time of the month. Ha! But, a time for me to introduce you all to a handful of new things! The first, the lovely ladies in the image below. I would like to introduce you to Laura from Walking in Memphis in High Heels and Erin from The Fashion Canvas! I met these lovelies online and am diggin’ their style! I was offered to help host a week of their link-up, and the topic of discussion is something I could DEFINITELY do! Our topic for this week’s Trend Spin Linkup is Boots and Booties!

Living in Michigan, we definitely have “boot season” as I so endearingly like to call it. So, boots are plentiful in my closet! I had to share these Shannon boots (love the name!!) from Wolverine. So many great things about them…other than how fabulous they look! a few ways to wear boots + booties this seasonI saw these online, and I’m happy to report that they are even better in person. They are prettier, they are uber comfortable, they fit great…and on and on!IMG_0540

The color that I’m wearing was my top choice, but if you are one that like monochromatic, they offer these boots in a black on black as well.IMG_0535

Take a look at some of the other key factors that these boots have going on ::

Handcrafted by skilled Mexican shoemakers, the women’s high boot nourishes the eye, its painstaking design crafted out of luxurious, select leather from the finest tanners. With functional buckles offsetting its sleek profile, this boot commands attention, finished with authentic touches like a textile lining and stacked heel.

• Premium full grain leather upper
• Textile lining
• Lightweight cement construction
• Rubber outsole

My hubby was able to score a pair of fabulous kicks from Wolverine too. We are boppin’ around town in matchy-matchy shoes. Well, his aren’t tall and sleek like mine are. But you get the point. They both say Wolverine. Ha!

I am completely loving that plaid blazer of yours, Shannon. Such rich colours that work wondrously with your two-tone boots (which are divine, incidentally).
