WholeFoodsLogo1When it comes to my kids health and getting the correct vitamins, I will trust Whole Foods.

When it comes to vitamins, children need the ABCs – vitamin A, B and C. Packed with antioxidant power, these tasty strawberry chewables are formulated without artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives. Bonus: a portion of sales from this product help donate vitamins to at-risk children through Vitamin Angels!  My kids have started taking these and love them. It’s great to knowthey are getting the best vitamins.

Amazing Grass Outrageous Chocolate meal mix is a tasty nutritional powerhouse. Mixed with water or milk, a single scoop delivers the antioxidant equivalent of three servings of fruit and vegetables. Kids can shake the mix themselves for an addition to lunch or a quick after-school snack.  This will be perfect for my sons after school snack because I know he is always starving when he gets home.  This will be easy and fun for him to do.

Whole Foods™ 365 Elderberry Liquid syrup tastes like berries and supports a healthy immune system.  It’s made from black elderberries, known for their immune supportive and antioxidant properties, and has been used traditionally for hundreds of years.  If I don’t have any Elderberry syrup that I made on hand this Elderberry Liquid from Whole Foods will be perfect.  I have already actually used this because my daughter was sick.  She liked the taste and was willing to take it.whold foods products

Your kids will love the fruity flavor of Kiss My Face Berry Smart Toothpaste. The parents can smile too, because the toothpaste replaces chemicals like sodium lauryl sulfate with organic cranberry, aloe and tea tree extracts that support clean teeth and healthy gums.  I love that there is NO fluoride in it either.  That is hard to find.

Whole Foods is a very large store – if you don’t have one local check online and you can order there.
