There is nothing more relaxing to me at the end of the day than a hot bath! When I was pregnant, it was what I missed the most. I still took baths, but the temperature of the water was just not the same. I also spent most of the time I was in labor in a tub!
I have tried many different bath salts, bubble baths, and other things to optimize the bath. I had decided that Epsom salts and a few fragrances was the best way to go. 2. Use half for full benefits.

I loved the idea of the best bath of my life, but opted for getting 3 baths out of it. The smells and salts are amazing!
My customized bath was the Bask option with pure Epsom salts, Himalayan pink salts, Dead Sea salts, Lavender Oils, Eucalyptus, and Ylang Ylang.
They give you three options to soothe, detox, or bask in a calming bath. You then get to pick 3 oils and can be confident they will blend them to a great smelling combination! This would make a great gift or be an indulgence for yourself!

Wow, I want this!! I would spread it out rather than use it all up in one bath! It is amazing that you can pick what you want included in your bath salt.
