bottle warmers, pacifiers and teethers, oh my! :: review

Strictly breast feeding is not in the books for every person.  Some ladies have challenges, I, being one of them with my past newborns. With my oldest, I had to pump and feed her.  This went on for 6+ months.  Since having baby #4, the end of January, I have once again relied heavily on pumping.  We have a very hectic household right now and sometimes, I just have to pump! We refrigerate the milk and when it’s time to eat, as you well know, baby wants to EAT. NOW.

I was on the search for a bottle warmer when I realized, I didn’t have to search at all.  Dr. Brown’s are the bottles we purchased in preparation before the baby.  So, Dr. Browns is where I searched a bottle warmer.  I am beyond happy with this warmer!

Since I pulled the bottle warmer out, I noticed a lot of my go to items were from Dr. Brown’s! So in good “SIMPLE moms” fashion, I wanted to share with you some of those items in case you are searching as well!!

Dr. Brown’s Bottle Warmer :: I told you about it above, but wanted to mention a couple more things. Super easy to use and refill. the compartment on the side is visible so you can see it getting low. Add water as you see it empty. Push up and down to increase/decrease bottle warming time. Compartment that bottle sits in is easily removed…for cleaning or simply to help get the bottle out without scalding your hand.

Pacifiers :: We have used them all! Currently, my 7 month old is loving Dr. Brown’s and Dr. Brown’s alone! They are flatter and made of a thin, clear material.  Plus, they have a “Patented Suction-Free Air Channel – Helps reduce suction and palatal pressure”.

Bottles :: They have glass, they have wide mouth, they have standard size…and most recently, they have pink and blue! What’s your fancy? They have it!

Giraffe Teether :: Great variety! We have the giraffe teether and the funky one that looks like a pacifier. My daughter doesn’t care, she loves them both! I love that they are safe and from a trusted name.

Misc. Wipes :: Tooth & Gum Wipes, Nose & Face Wipes, Pacifier & Bottle Wipes. What more is there to say than that 😉
