We love a fresh loaf of bread. At, Alvarado Street Bakery, they have just that. They have been producing whole grain organic baked goods for their local community since 1979.
Not only do they have bread, they also have pizza bread, bagels, tortillas and granola to choose from.
Alvarado Street Bakery’s mission is to give superior service in providing the finest quality baked goods to its valued customers nationwide by utilizing a worker owned and managed cooperative business structure and to strive to use whole grain and organic ingredients, wherever possible, to support sustainable agricultural practices and healthy living.
What makes Alvarado Street Bakery so good is that they use organic whole grain ingredients. I recieved the Diabetic Lifestyle Bread and the California style complete protein bread. Both breads were delicious. They were not dense or airy, like other breads I have found. It was soft and completed most of our meals. One of the best things was the kids loved it as well.

I haven’t seen this bread before it sounds quite healthy. I would like to try it.
I’d like to try that bread. Sounds a lot healthier than what we’ve been eating.
