#BackToSchool with mamoo kids :: review

Once upon a time ago, I was looking forward to this moment. The moment when all three kids would be heading off to school (at least for some portion of the day) and I would have a few hours of quiet time. But, now that we’re here, I’m in complete denial!

My calendar says that in a few weeks my son will be starting preschool, despite my mind and heart saying, “no way! not possible! he’s still just a baby!!!!” And that means he finally gets to join in on the Back To School shopping fun!

First item on his list of “must-haves” was a backpack!

Being that he’s just heading to preschool, there was no need to get him a full size backpack. Poor little guy…I’m pretty sure he could fit inside a full size backpack! Then I heard about Mamoo Kids…

I love that these bags are all very different from your standard character themed bags and are the perfect size for preschoolers! Kids will love the cute puppy shaped Rover Backpack in red or green and the Kids Totes, featuring prints that include robots, boats, and more.

But Talon? He was all about the Kids Messenger Bags, especially the SWAY with Giraffe Design! After a trip to the zoo this summer and an opportunity to feed giraffes, giraffes are quite possibly the coolest thing…ever…in his little 3 year old mind! Truth be told, I would love this same bag but in a “mama” size.

Because he doesn’t have much to take back and forth to preschool, the Kids Messenger Bag is the perfect size for him! Just big enough for his water bottle, a snack, and his favorite stuffed animal (in case he gets a little homesick…and now I’m pausing to go cry for a moment, I’ll be back).

I’m so glad that he’s excited about his new “big boy school bag”! Now, if I could just freeze time for a little longer….{insert sobbing}
