5 outerwear options from Lands’ End for women you will want to see

A good jacket is needed by everyone. Here in Michigan, we need multiple jackets…spring, summer, winter and fall. Since we are in the thick of winter here (yet, it’s been tame, kinda crazy!!), that’s where my mind is at. When searching for a winter jacket, I need one that moves with me. Not one that is huge and bulky and holds me down. On a typical day, I’ll be carrying a few bags as well as a child. Adding another element to that mix isn’t really an advisable option.

I was in need of a jacket this year, and when I was working on a Twitter party with Lands’ End, I was scoping out their vast selection in the outerwear department. I was immediately drawn to a handful of options. I wanted to share 5 jackets that shouldn’t go unnoticed this season. Plus, the one that I have in my closet, my go to. Actually, two that I’m sharing are in my closet. Guess I’m a Lands’ End fan 🙂

Plaid Wool Car Coat. Wool. Who would have thought? I was originally intrigued by the jacket due to the pattern and the length. Seems as though whenever I need a “dressier” jacket, I need it to be longer because I’m typically wearing a skirt or dress. It’s cold in Michigan! This is a crisp, clean, flattering jacket that I highly recommend (personally!)

Floral Down Collar Coat. The floral pattern got me. How fun is this?!?! It’s a down filled coat, but light and non bulky. Looks very flattering. And again, the pattern! #swoon

Shimmer Down Coat. I love that this can be dressed up or dressed down. I love the fur hood. What options this has for the weather ahead! the shimmer in all the colors shown is pretty eye catching. The length is perfect for being out in the cold weather – not too long, not too short. It’s water resistant and easy to wash. Plus, there is fleece around the cuffs and in the pockets…making it that much cozier! All in all, a great every-day coat!

Lands' End Shimmer Down CoatWomen’s Heritage Trench Coat. The piping. Such character in this coat. Every gal needs a good, stylish trench coat. This is another one that is great for dressing up or down. A very feminine looks and cut and the added bonus of the belt is a great option!

Well, what do you think? Did I hit any hot buttons for you? What does Lands’ End have for YOU that you want in your closet, stat?!?!
