Happy Memorial Day!
All across our wonderful country there are yards and cemeteries filled with flags, graves marked with flowers, and horns will sound with Taps as crowds gather to pay tribute to those who gave their lives for our freedom. We get to honor past generations while we acknowledge the sacrifices that men and women are currently making as they serve our country. I’m so thankful for the fallen (and their families) who died serving our country. May God continue to bless the land of the free and the home of the brave.
While this is a “holiday” that will include family gatherings, BBQ’s, and shopping Memorial Day sales…it is also a day to reflect. Speaking of reflecting, I have “Fair Winds” burning in our home.
