Is it that time in your child’s life where they should be starting to use the potty on their own?  And the unmentionable wiping on their own.  I’m sure you have heard many times, “Mooooomm, can you wipe my butt?”

Cottonelle has made this process easy for me and getting my daughter to wipe properly and on her own.  The adjustment from baby wipes to toilet paper can be difficult, so this is why there is Cottonelle Moist Cleansing cloths.  These have helped tremendously with the transition for my daughter that is three years old.  She can grab one wipe and not a whole roll of toilet paper, so it stops up the toilet.  These wipes are flush-able and get your bottom perfectly clean.

Now, my son that is 7 years old uses both the toilet paper and the wipes.  Just depends on the situation, if ya know what I mean.  This clean care routine has helped a lot in getting some little bums a little cleaner.

A few tips to help with your potty training adventures:

1. Have patience with your little one when they are on the potty training adventure.  Time and patience will help both of you to not get frustrated.
2. Have a reward for when the time happens.  A sticker, a book or a small toy from the dollar store.  You know kids always love a reward for doing something good.  Lots of encouragement can come from getting a book or sticker to help them want to do it again.
3. Make a big deal out of it when it happens and every time it happens.  Do a little dance, clap, act a fool but make it a huge deal and make sure you tell them you are so proud.
4. Have a potty chart!  Let them keep track of when they go potty, by using a chart with stickers or happy fac
