Coming up to winter it is easy to slack off on walking but I am loving how the FitBit tracks everything.

    This new Multivitamin looks like a good one for me to try out! I like the mint flavoring. I walk each day and eat a very healthy diet! But I do not take vitamins. I need to!

    I swim 3 times a week, walk and stretch a lot and take vitamins every day.

    I do not take vitamins, but have really thought about it recently and really need to start taking some! I think these sound wonderful! I love that you can take them with or without food or water. Would be easy to grab as you are going out the door!
