matilda jane logoMatilda Jane is a company that I learned about when my Lilianna was about 2 years old.  Being our first daughter, we went all out and purchased everything under the sun for her!  Once we realized that money doesn’t grow on trees we decided to scale back our purchases.  We scaled back our purchases in many areas, but clothing was still a high priority and Matilda Jane was not something we skipped out on.  I am not sure what it is about Matilda Jane clothing that makes us love it so, but we do.  Lilianna still gets a new piece of Matilda Jane clothing each season.  Now, it’s quite easy to justify since she has two younger sisters waiting in the wings to get the clothes she outgrows.

Let’s talk about that for a second.  Outgrowing clothes and hoping the younger siblings will be able to wear them.  Matilda Jane continues to surprise me at their quality.  Every piece that Lilianna has outgrown we have saved and so far every piece has stood the “wear test”…all the way down to Preslee.  We are talking three kids here wearing the same piece.  In my eyes, the clothing investment into three kids wearing the same piece is worth it!  Matilda Jane is top quality and fabulous clothing!

One of the absolute coolest things that I love the most about Matilda Jane is everything totally goes together.  It doesn’t have to be completely matchy-matchy, but the items just work.  See the pictures below of my little ladies…it just works! (Also, the pieces I believe are no longer available. They are from a prior collection.)  A couple times a year, Matilda Jane comes out with new pieces.  Yet ANOTHER awesome quality.  New things = stayin’ stylin’!
