I have a very free-spirited child, which is fitting, since I’m the same way. Lily spends a lot of time outdoors – as often as she can, actually – and she is not afraid to get dirty. Rather, she seems to LOVE getting as dirty as possible as often as possible.
For that reason, her wardrobe is mostly comprised of simple cotton clothing, things that are loose-fitting and stretchy for free and easy movement, and wash well. I can’t put enough emphasis on the “wash well” part of the equation.
But being simple doesn’t mean that her wardrobe can’t be fashionable. Check her out in action in her new 100% organic cotton flowy t-shirt and circle skirt from Teres Kids:

I love the bohemian look of her outfit. It is clearly comfortable and has such a carefree look about it. I want the same outfit in my size!
Besides the cute factor, I love how the fabric feels. It’s SO soft, and washes beautifully. It’s stretchy, but strong, and thick without being too heavy. The colors are vivid and lively. The seams are on the outside for a really fun and funky look and so that the inside is smooth and soft against the child’s skin. Plus, there are no itchy tags. The organic fabric and the clothing are 100% made in the USA. What’s not to love here?
So while she climbs dirt hills, picks flowers, rolls in the grass, or runs through the mud, Lily will be comfortable AND adorable in her Teres Kids outfit!
