Pet Owners :: Do your dogs make it on your Christmas Shopping List each year?
Honestly, if it weren’t for my kids constantly reminding me, I’d probably forget to slip a little Christmas gift under the tree for our two dogs. Not that I don’t love the immensely…they just tend to be the quietest when it comes to sharing what they just can’t possibly live without this Christmas. {My kids are pretty good at filling in that noise.}
Well, this year is making up for all those years that I *almost* forgot because the boys are getting spoiled this year thanks to SmartBones!
SmartBones has created a line of dog chews that are 100% rawhide free!
Did you know…
Many veterinarians recommend NOT giving dogs rawhide bones because of health concerns like stomach & intestinal blockage and potential ingestion of toxic chemicals used to process rawhide chews.
We’ve always steered clear of rawhide bones for our dogs because our older dog tends to have a bit of an allergic reaction towards them. We’ve never been able to pinpoint the exact reasoning behind it so we just don’t give them to him. But he absolutely loves SmartBones (and has no problems with them)!
SmartBones are made from vegetables (like sweet potatoes, peas and carrots) and real chicken. They are highly digestible, so no worries with blockages. And dogs will love them. I know my boxers do!
SmartBones also come in a variety of sizes (for dogs tiny to huge) and flavors. From their SmartBones to their SmartChips and SmartSticks, each is made with products you’ll know and feel good about giving your dogs. My kids think the SmartBones Smart Chews are absolutely hilarious! It’s like animal cookies for the dogs 😉
And for my Jasper who tends to have a sensitivity toward chicken, he gets the new SmartNaturals, which are 100% natural with no soy, corn, wheat, glutens, fillers, or artificial colors, flavors and preservatives and are made with grass fed beef!
Yes, these two are somewhat spoiled around here! But, with how well they do with the crazy holiday schedule we keep and the random friends and family coming into our home this time of year, I think they deserve something extra special under the tree!
Don’t forget your puppers this Christmas! Pick up a few bags of SmartBones treats and chews from SmartBones.com and fill their stockings with something you know they’ll love!
