a simple journal for the busy mom

One of the best things I’ve stumbled across lately is the “Mom’s One Line a Day” journal. I’ve always wanted to consistently keep a record of my daily thoughts and experiences, but I rarely have the MOM'S ONE LINE A DAYtime, energy, or desire to write a full diary entry every day. Since I found I wasn’t faithful in keeping it up, my good intentions fell by the wayside after every attempt. However, this little book solved my diary woes. It’s pretty, it’s compact, and it has space for only one or two lines each day. It takes maybe a minute (that’s only 60 seconds, guys) to jot down the most memorable part of my day and I’m done!

MOMS ONE LINE A DAYThere is one page for each day of the year, and each page contains five blocks, making it a five-year memory book. I especially like to give it to new moms, because if there is a time when keeping a diary seems absolutely impossible, it’s during those early years.

It’s a fabulous way for a busy mom to journal without feeling guilty about a very short entry, and I know it will be fun for me to look back on previous years and remember what my life was like at various stages of motherhood.

MOMS ONE LINE A DAY

These are available on Amazon and I have also seen them in local bookstores. There are other memory books available that don’t have the “mom” verbiage for friends and family who are not mothers. If you know you aren’t the type to faithfully keep a traditional diary, try this instead!

Do you think this is something you could keep up with?  Tell me what you would use it for!
