When I was first introduced to essential oils about 3 or 4 years ago I had no idea how significant a role they would eventually play in the health of my family. In fact, I was what you could call a full-blown doubter. I vaguely remember lecturing my husband, who had been given a bottle of Stress Away essential oil to combat stress and anxiety, about having to know where the oils are from, buying from a reputable company, not ingesting them…you get the idea. We didn’t really know anything about any of it!
Thankfully, we’ve gotten the 411 on essential oils and they have become my go-to source for all our aches and pains. While there’s still a few over the counter meds we keep stocked ( for weeks like this one that has our fall allergies in full swing!), you can regularly find us grabbing our roller ball bottles filled with all sorts of essential oil blends for everything from migraine headaches, anxiety, and hormone balancing to helping with nighttime calm down and even seasonal allergies!
