I found Sapucha one day as I was surfing etsy looking for a Christmas headband type hair accessory for my oldest. She has a *ton* of dark curly hair, and as much as I love pinning it back with a barrette and letting the curls fly, or pulling it back into cute pigtails, I wanted to try something different. Something special enough for Christmas, but one that would keep her hair out of her face while she played with her new toys, and still let us see her gorgeous curls!This headband style is just perfect for her. It is easy enough to put in that she can “do it herself”, it stays put, it keeps her hair out of her face, and…it is completely adorable! She was gracious enough to send one along for Claire, my youngest, as well. It is hard to find stuff that will stay in her baby hair yet…or stuff that she will keep in! Claire actually LOVED this headband, and cried when I took it off. She really liked it, and I’m so glad to have a hair accessory that will not only stay in her hair but one that she will not rip off her head!Sapucha has other headbands colors available and also takes custom orders!

I was also sent one of Sapucha’s most popular items. A Felt Fishing Game! Oh. My. Word. The girls just ate this up! They really love this game. It is just perfect for my 3 ½ year old’s age.

It was just hard enough that she had to think about it, but not so difficult that she couldn’t “win” and actually do it. The Velcro adheres easily anywhere on the felt fish, so aim doesn’t have to be perfect. We were able to work on our counting as we caught the fish, and the bright colors also made it a fun color identifying game. In addition, the coordination of “fishing” really makes this a fantastic school age activity.It was also simple enough that my 18 month old caught the hang of it by the end of the day, and she is just starting to learn her colors so it is really a great activity for both of my girls.

The fishy game would make a great unique gift idea!
