When I was a little girl my grandma would make our Easter baskets. My mom would hide our baskets around the house or in the yard. I grew up in Michigan so weather had to cooperate for it to be hidden outside. Weather would make or break me wearing my summery Easter dress too. I’ve been celebrating Easter in California since 2005 and the sunshine is never taken for granted.
