  9. our halloween traditon is to dress up, take kids out trick or treating and then head over to my moms and then my grams. they love to see the kids dressed up and we have dinner with them after! every year we have done this for 4 years now

  20. I’ve always loved carving pumpkins. I’m so glad to carry on this tradition with my own kids. And so glad that my husband gets so creative with it!

  22. Every year my kids and I make “worm juice”! We take a big pot, put in water, plastic worms and spiders, add baking soda, food coloring, and vinegar (special ingredients), and have fun stirring! Then we let it sit overnight, and it turns into worm juice (sprite, pineapple juice, green food coloring, and gummy worms) for after trick or treating! My kids love the process and the product!

  25. We make a pumpkin brownie each year – bake the brownie in a pizza pan, frost with orange frosting and decorate with candy corn and other small candies to make a jack-o-lantern face. Fun, and yummy too!

  47. I love to get together and do the local downtown shops trick or treat fest in Manitou Springs, CO. Its right after school on the Friday before Halloween so the whole town is out and about. Its a really good time!
