In the mind of Emily the child, my mom knew all things and was the keeper of all things. I had no worries, because my mom was the responsible adult. She generally had everything I needed when I needed it. The granola bar when I was hungry, the sunscreen on a sunny day, the band-aid when I scraped my knee. Much could also be written on my grandmother, who carries a large purse filled with everything a human could possibly desire in any situation. I am convinced that my grandmother could bug out for a week in ease with only the contents of her purse. Now that I have a baby of my own, I’ve come to the realization that I must be the responsible adult who I looked up to as a child. It’s a daunting thought. However, I have my first aid supplies covered, thanks to this adorable little kit.

My top MUST HAVE items for your purse/diaper bag is wet wipes. Since they have so many uses. Cleaning dirty hands to wiping food off of shirts and Tissues for noses.

I always have bandaids, snacks and hand sanitizer on hand.
For me it is bandaids, baby wipes, chap stick, sun screen and kleenex. I always like to pack extra items too, in case we meet up with friends or family that aren’t prepared.

We’re past diapers now! However I always have sanitizer, wipes, bandaids, and a notebook/pencil in my purse.
