nostalgia electrics :: hot air popcorn maker {giveaway}

Posted on by Shannon

I was extremely excited to receive this in the mail. When I was talking to my husband about fun and unique gift ideas for Father’s Day, I brought up a popcorn maker. We both went into memories we had about when we were little kids – around the ages of our kids. We both remember the big, unattractive plastic popcorn makers that both of our parents had back in the 80’s.

Well take a look at this baby! This IS NOT from the 80’s! How cool is it! Nostalgia Electrics has SO many awesome products to choose from. If you don’t like the look of the Retro Series Hot Air Popcorn Maker (which is the one pictured), they have other models as well.

Here is a little about the Hot Air Popcorn Maker we received:

The Retro Series™ Popcorn Maker is a tabletop-sized party pleaser. In just minutes, family and friends can enjoy the fresh taste of crunchy, warm popcorn! Its electric popping system uses hot air instead of oil, producing a light and healthy snack. The unit comes with a measuring cap that assures the proper amount of kernels is poured into the top prior to each use. The Retro Series™ Hot Air Popcorn Maker has a kernel capacity of 7 tbsp, which makes up to 10 cups of popcorn per batch.

I love the idea of being able to make a fun AND healthy snack that us and our children can enjoy together! And the great thing about this is everything is included but the kernels. So pick one up today and stop by the store on the way home to get the kernels and you will be snacking on popcorn tonight as a family!

AND, they don’t only offer Popcorn Makers. One of their big hits for gifts for men is their Kegorator. This thing is a monster hit – something that many men would LOVE to have!

Last thing, you have to check out the Fun Foods section. I see SO many of these things that could be a hit around our house!! Donut Hole Maker, Ice Cream Sandwich Maker, Sno Cone Maker, Cotton Candy Maker…just to name a few! 🙂
