Summer may be winding down, but did you know that you should protect your skin with sunscreen all year round? I’m a broken record on this topic, but I had melanoma skin cancer in 2013 and sunscreen is now part of my daily life – 365 days a year. I like to wear NO-AD sunscreen for a few reasons…

My family took a trip to a water park this past week. My beach bag was fully stocked with sunscreen so we could re-apply throughout the day. I’m a big fan of the stick sunscreen. It’s great for getting a good coat of sunscreen under the kid’s eyes and on their cheeks. After we use the stick, I apply lotion on their faces too. I want to be absolutely sure we don’t miss a spot. It’s a good system for us. Then we repeat every 80 minutes when they are in the water and every 2 hours otherwise.
Kids inevitably rub their eyes when they swim and I think that the stick holds up the best. NO-AD has a whole line of sun care products to choose from.
