Achoo! Welcome to cold & flu season, one of the favorite times of the year for parents across the country. (Can you sense my heavy dose of sarcasm here?)

When cold and flu are threatening at my house I try to go the natural route for my family. Lately I’ve been seeing more and more about the benefits of essential oils and when the opportunity to check out Kneipp and their natural line of products came up I was very excited!
