Every summer we join a pool. It’s a splurge that I think we will always make happen because we use it all the time. Until recently, my kids have been able to entertain themselves with some dive sticks and a golf tee. But this summer they started asking for some fins. So I started the hunt to find them some fins that will last. So many fins end up cracked and in the garbage just a few weeks into summer. So I trusted my instincts and ordered from Aqua Gear.  Aqua Gear provides free personal shopping assistance so they can help you find what will fit your needs!

Aqua Gear is a family-owned and operated swim shop that prides itself on customer service.  And I did a little price comparison for you and found that Aqua Gear is on target or even cheaper than Amazon in most cases.  So you can order from a family-owned business and still save a little money!  I’m usually okay paying a little more to order from a real person, but I don’t even need to in this case!  Bonus!!

Here are the swim fins I ended up ordering for my kids.  The big kids got some great Cressi fins with an adjustable back strap so they will fit longer than just one season.  And my little one got these fun little water guppy fins.  And I just have to mention how cute this mermaid tail fin is!  It seems so much safer than the full mermaid tail, but still tons of fun for your little mermaid.  I think a lot of little girls would love a pair of these under the tree!

While Aqua Gear has a lot of great options for fins and snorkeling, they are a full swim shop with everything you need for exercise, water therapy, lifeguarding or even outfitting your whole swim team.  From high tech swim monitors and resistance gear to caps and rescue tubes, you can find anything you need for swimming.  And if you head on over to Aqua Gear and sign up for their monthly newsletter, you will be entered to win $100 to spend on any of their great gear!

I’m just trying to get my kids to like swimming. I can’t even get them to get in our pool. Living in Florida, I thought they would love to swim but I guess I was wrong.

Oh no! I can’t imagine living in Florida and not swimming! Have you tried lessons? How old are your kids? My young ones loved the Puddle Jumper life jacket to feel secure in the pool.
