I actually don’t do ALL of the ironing in the house. Just a few things. My husband irons everything…I mean everything. Including, undies….HA…Just kidding! It was nice to get to review the Oliso Smart Iron. This is one seriously amazing iron. You are going to LOVE to iron after using one of these. It’s easy and FUN!
Thanks to Oliso the iron has a simply touch handle. When touched the iron lowers and is ready to work. Take your hand off and the patented scorch guards lift the iron off the board preventing scorches, burns, and tipping. Less strain and 30% time savings are added benefits to this Smart Iron’s 1800 watts of power and horizontal or vertical bursts of steam. I also love that the cord is 12 foot long – easier to get around that ironing board.
Ready when you are! The iron stays on for 30 minutes before shutting off. Simply touch the handle to reactivate. You can creates crisp pleats, pockets, cuffs and collars. Great for bias tape and tight corners. This the ultimate iron for sewers and quilters.
I also have to tell you there is a anti-drip system that prevents spitting and leaking while the iron is hot. Now, that’s awesome because who wants to get burned by hot water. They didn’t miss any detail when it comes to making this iron.
All in all this is an amazing iron. Yes, I can call an iron amazing. It’s a tedious job but you got to do it, it might as well be with a smart iron like Oliso, right?

I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been clumsy and knocked over my iron or one of my toddlers were running and bumped into the ironing board and knocked the iron over…(that’s why we don’t have a iron now and it’s killing me). Ironing is a stress reliever for me so I do all the ironing and my house too. Also I sew, so having a iron is necessary.
