michael angelo :: italian cuisine

If you aren’t familiar with the brand, Michael Angelo’s is a family owned and operated business that is celebrating 30 years in business in 2012. As a third-generation Italian-American family, founder Michael Angelo and his mother Sara have a passion for good Italian food and a commitment to never compromise on quality. As Michael says, “If you can’t find it in Mom’s kitchen, we won’t use it in our food.” Their commitment to the ingredients, the cooking process and the final meal is unparalleled – as is the satisfaction felt by their customers as they experience what real Italian food is supposed to taste like.

I received $35 GC toward Michael Angelo’s Italian Cuisine. I was really excited to try these out.  When you work full time and have 2 kids, dinners need to be quick and easy sometimes.  These were prefect.  I especially loved the meat lasgna and the eggplant parmesan.  Very delicious.  I was unsure of what the eggplant would taste like but it was very flavorful and good.

    They look good and I know how handy these kind of meals can be when you have no plans and it’s dinner time. I’d NEVER cook egg plant either so if it’s as easy as popping it in the microwave that is my kind of dinner. 🙂
