let’s build with kinetic sand for #aSIMPLEchristmas

Merry Christmas from theSIMPLEmomsI’m always looking for hands on things my kids can do in their free time. A bonus is things my girls can do with each other. Activities that encourage imagination and role play together are high, high, high on my list! We’ve used Kinetic Sand before, but I was recently introduced to Kinetic Sand Build from Spin Master. My girls eyes lit up when I pulled this out so we could check it out!IMG_0903

For starters, let’s get the details out of the way and then I’ll share what’s cool about the products. It retails for $24.99 and would be an incredible addition under the tree this year for any child. The recommended ages are 5+. When we were out doing some last minute shopping today, I saw this at Target! So, make sure you check it out there as well as other retailers for any last minute gift giving needs.

We received the Kinetic Sand Build Ice Castle. What’s fantastic about this set is everything is included. Isn’t it the worst when you have to purchase things in addition to the original gift? That’s not the case here. One box has it all for hours of fun! The “sand” has a little sparkle to it, my girls thought that was cool. All the tools included help aid in the creation of the castle on the playspace provided. 7 molds and a shaping tool come with the product. It’s just a great all, around gift!

What do you think? Would your kids like this as much as ours do? Have you used any of the Kinetic Sand products before reading this? Talk to me!
