The most basic premise being that you 1) purchase Kiwi Crate subscriptions for your child (or as a gift) and then 2) each month a crate filled with materials and inspiration will show up in the mail, so that 3) you can open the crate and let your kid enjoy!
Seriously, it’s that easy. All the materials you need for the crafts are include in the wonderful green box and they are very age appropriate. We were very blessed to try out the Discovering Dinosaurs crate. This is a sample crate that Kiwi Crate shows on their website, and I have got to say that it was WAY more fun to play with than it even looked to be online!

I loved that all the pieces were included and that I didn’t have to go buy anything. Especially since purchasing mass quantities of some craft items just so we can have 2 or 3 on hand for a specific project tends to take up a LOT of space.
Michaela had so much fun making her dinosaur fossils and we rolled out the dough at least 4 times to remake her fossils because it made her happy. As the mom, I appreciated that there was no need to go shopping for all the miscellaneous parts and pieces for her craft projects and that they were easy developmentally appropriate for her to do them.
