Photography is my passion!! I especially love taking photos of newborns. I love to capture the size and the newness of a newborn. They are so fragile and fresh all cuddled up in a blanket or cocoon.
I found this fabulous photographer on Flickr, JL Photography by Joey. I noticed all the wonderful props and newborn wraps and cocoons she was using and had to know about them. All this led me to Prop Insanity, where Joey sells her baby wraps and sacs.
I was excited that Joey sent me one of the baby wraps to try on a newborn shoot. It was fantastic. This wrap was the perfect size and had the perfect stretch to it. I am not sure about anyone else but I always had a hard time wraping a newborn in a blanket, there was always so much extra material I didn’t know what to do with and it did not look right.
This wrap is thin, with the perfect amount of stretch to it. Very easy to wrap up a newborn.
