japanese inspired baby clothes with a modern appeal from noko baby #kidsfashion #nokobaby

Have you been looking for some great little dresses your girls can wear this summer?  I always like to have a couple dresses for spring and summer for each.  While searching the net, as I always do to find something I need, I came across a fun and unique shop called Noko Baby.  And little did I know another mom featured this company years ago. You can check it out here.  Super cute!

I love sharing unique companies like this. Noko is Japanese inspired baby clothes with a modern appeal. The designs borrow elements from traditional Japanese silhouettes, done in contrasting colors to reflect the hues of a kimono, obi and the diverse colors in nature.  They are inspired by an authentic Japanese fabric called tenugui.  This beautifully hand printed fabric has been made in Japan for over 1000 years with 1001 uses.

Using this fabric to make these beautiful clothes is what really caught my eye. The fabric is so bright and bold. The style of dresses are different then you normally see. We received the Hana and Kawa dress to try out on my girls. Now, I love to match my girls from time to time. The two dress is got had the same colors in them both and I thought it would make for a great matching set.  Boy was I right.  They are to die for.  They are so adorable on. The Hana dress is a sophisticated dress that has a soft gathered neckline, a fitted waist and a full skirt. While the Kawa dress, is a light and airy cotton dress that is perfect for summertime.  It is versatile enough to be paired with sandals for an afternoon or flip-flops for the beach. The style of this dress is my favorite style on my daughter. She loves the criss cross in the back.

They fit amazingly well and are very true to size. Noko not only has dresses, they have skirts, blankets, onesies, rompers and much more. They certainly have a wide variety of clothes with bright bold colors that are amazing.

Tell me what you think about Noko? What caught your eye on their site?
