i’d like to introduce you to vanity fair, an ambassadorship and an awesome #WomenWhoDo campaign i’m part of!{#ic #ad}

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Influence Central for Vanity Fair. I received product samples to facilitate my review and compensation to thank me for my participation.

Whew! What an amazing couple of days I just had in NYC getting to know a brand I didn’t know much about. You may have already seen some posts on our social media, especially our Instagram, but I was with and learning about Vanity Fair!! Are you familiar with that brand? I had always seen it around, but didn’t take the time to get to know it. I mean, we are all busy, right? So, when I need new undergarments, I would always go with what I knew. It was quick and easy. BUT…now I must say my thoughts have definitely been changed about my ‘go-to’ brand as well as Vanity Fair. I’d love to say that they are now one in the same! Did you know that Vanity Fair has been around for nearly 100 years ‘supporting’ women?

The one major thing that I’m happy to say I’m a small part of now is their inspiring, Women Who Do initiative. We are all busy…but we all DO things on our level. Whether that’s running a home based business, running a home, or running a company, we all DO, and we do the best we can. Am I right ladies? It’s so inspiring on so many levels. I’m excited to bring more of this to you all over the next few months!
Vanity Fair Summit CandidsSo, on to the Vanity Fair products. Look at the colors, the options, the femininity in the few pictures I’ve shared here. Something for everyone, right? On trend and completely functional! DSC_0001DSC_0009I wanted to share with you that you too can pick up this brand at many of your local JCPenney, Sears, Kohl’s and Macy’s. I went to Macy’s when I was in New York and was able to get professionally fitted to assure I had the right size. Did you know that most women are wearing the incorrect size? 8 out of 10 women are! It’s a hard thing to figure out sometimes! We were told about the ‘fit test’ where you need to be able to place two fingers under the bra straps and two fingers under the bra brand. That should assure you a comfortable fit. Just one of the many tips I learned!

Back to the bra fitting on location though. At first you might think, UNCOMFORTABLE!! Well, it was far from that. It wasn’t touchy feel-y, it wasn’t embarrassing. It was great because out of it I found a bra that feels like butter on. It’s hard to tell I even have a bra on, and that’s a sign of success.

Many locations have this as well so you too can make sure you are wearing the right size. It’s so great. In fact, last night I visited my local Macy’s to check out what they had! Ok, so not only are they conveniently located for purchasing, you guys, they are quality. They hold up and support and…the list goes on and on!! This is just from what I learned while they were teaching us about Vanity Fair, as well as what I learned first hand after wearing a Vanity Fair bra that I purchased, for 2 days. So great!

We had a chance to hear JoAnna Beddingfield, Vice President of Brand Management for Vanity Fair Brands, speak to us and she gave us a little snippet of the heart of Vanity Fair. And how they are truly inspired by women like us, everyday, busy women who want more out of life. IMG_4299

I have so many good things to share with you about Vanity Fair, but for now, I suppose I’ll just share a few pictures from my trip, share with you where you can go check them out…wet your palette so to speak.IMG_4328

I know you all come back daily, but be sure to follow the #WomenWhoDo hashtag here on the SIMPLE moms. I’m going to be posting a ton over the next 6 months about this great brand and what they are doing with their products, what they are doing with a Dress for Success campaign and what they are doing with a Buy One Get One Give one. I am hoping to become YOUR ‘go-to’ gal on all things Vanity Fair! Oh so much good stuff. Can’t wait to share it all!!

So, I have to know, what were YOUR initial thoughts on Vanity Fair when you read that? Is it a brand YOU wear? I’d love to hear from you!!

    This trip was my first experience with Vanity Fair too. I was so impressed! I’ve been wearing my Body Caress bra ever since the trip and it’s so comfortable! The Illumination Bikini panties are great too.

    Wasn’t the trip just awesome?! Such a fantastic company, and I’m bursting at the seams to start sharing about the Buy One, Get One, Give One promotion (and I might be saving my pennies for some serious bra shopping during that promotion, as well!). 🙂
