For fifteen years I have gone out of my way to avoid construction zones while driving. Then, we had Talon. Now we go out of our way to find construction vehicles, trains, fire trucks, and tractors. The kid loves vehicles! All of them!
So, imagine his joy when I introduced him to Heroes of the City!
Heroes of the City is a new story series from Sweden featuring a variety of rescue vehicles who believe everyone can be a hero! Within the books and videos, you’ll meet lovable and adventurous characters like Fiona Fire Engine, Paulie Police Car, Harry Hot Rod, Cindy Sea Plane, and Calamity Crow, a very unlucky bird whose troubles seem to just bring the whole story together. He’s my son’s favorite!
Talon’s absolute favorite part of Heroes of the City is definitely the Heroes of the City Movie App!
The app allows him to play tames and watch movies and music videos featuring his favorite Heroes characters! He loves helping Fiona put out fires, go on and adventure with Paulie, and putting together puzzles of his favorite Heroes.
He also loves the Heroes of the City Book App, which features stories about the Heroes, as well as games.
Each app is free to download and comes with a variety of free content. Of course there is also the option to purchase more content (books, movies, games) through in-app purchasing.
