We are in full-on “get ready for Halloween” mode at our house. Last minute costume changes and additions. Making plans with friends for trick or treating. Making sure we have everything ready for the school party goody bags. It’s madness! And it’s awesome! We love it!
But with all the running around, our pups often get a little neglected. No candy bags for them! And, although we don’t always dress them up or take them trick or treating with us, we do make sure we give them a little something fun on Halloween!
Petmate has some really fun Halloween themed goodies perfect for the dogs in your family!
ChuckIt! Ultra Sling Max Glow
This is probably one of the best toys for our Dexter. The dog has endless amounts of energy!
It uses a sling-shot type method to propel the Ultra Dart through the air. Again, this is great because the farther we can have him run, the more energy he burns! And, because it glows in the dark, there’s no worry of loosing the Ultra Dart Halloween night when he decides to just give up and leave it in the yard. Yes, he’ll totally do that!
Heggies Halloween Plush
I happen to love hedgehogs. They are just adorable! So I was thrilled to see the Heggie plush dog toys at Petmate! And, just in time for Halloween, they are available in Halloween-themed costumes! You can find Heggies as a Mummy, Frankenstein, and a Vampire! They are quite adorable!
And listening to them grunt as the dogs play with them is kind of hilarious!!
In addition to these, you can find lots of fun glow in the dark leashes and collars and some really fun toys at Petmate.com (don’t forget to use code “SPOOKYDOG” to save 25% on select toys) or in these stores to put in your pups’ trick-or-treat bags!
Oh my gosh, that hedgehog is adorable!
Love this toy. My dog too has endless amounts of energy and he could burn some off with this!
