Diving into more and more of the lifestyle of organic, eco-friendly, Weston Price and real food, I have meet some really great people that have a wealth of knowledge to share. One of those persons being the owner of apple cheeks. I found her on Instagram one day and started following her. So interested in her way of living and life I asked lots of questions. I have always wanted to review apple cheeks on theSIMPLEmoms. Noticing that she always had some IGs of apple cheeks, I finally asked her “Do you work with apple cheeks?” She says, “I am apple cheeks.” You don’t even know how excited I was, I was screaming like a school girl. I thought to myself you
mean you are the awesome one that is behind apple cheeks? I felt pretty cool to even be talking with her. She is so awesome and so full of knowledge and willing to share with everyone. I love that!
Moving on…I finally asked to review apple cheeks and couldn’t have been more excited. I received an apple cheeks diaper in the Delicious print. Oh and is it ever cute. AppleCheeks covers feature a unique envelope design, similar to a pocket diaper, but with NO NEED TO UNSTUFF. The absorbent inserts come right out in the wash! That is the best part, at least I think so.
The fit is just perfect on my daughter. These diapers fit a larger range of babies than similar products on the market, and stand up better to the rigours of the washing cycle. We all know that you can’t just wash a cloth diaper once – it is a process – which I am totally willing to do. They are fully customizable and can be used as a diaper cover over their viscose from bamboo inserts, with boosters for added absorbency if so desired, and fleece liners to keep baby’s skin dry and rash-free. Alternately, the handy, wide envelope opening allows you the option of placing your absorbency underneath the microfleece lining, wicking moisture away from baby’s skin and keeping him feeling nice and dry while still absorbing to the max! So many options in one diapering system!
I absolutely love apple cheeks. They are very absorbent and did not leak at all.
