get outside with vivobarefoot :: ultra shoes that stand up to their name {giveaway}

I had a chance to work with Terra Plana / VIVOBAREFOOT once again and I was thrilled with the opportunity. If you remember, I previously reviewed VIVOBAREFOOT kids, you can read about those shoes HERE.  Today I have for you another pair, ones that I love just the same! (P.S. My daughter still wears the shoes that I previously reviewed. I can’t wait to see how long these Ultra’s last as well.)

The Ultra Kids is a super lightweight must-have for all waterside adventures. Whether you’re having fun splashing around or busy cleaning up the mess, the Ultra Kids is a versatile shoe that both kids and parents can appreciate. A Velcro strap allows the foot to be secure in the shoe, while still allowing it to be flexible. The Ultra Kids is extremely lightweight consequently using less fuel in transportation and is easy for children to slip on and off. At VIVOBAREFOOT we believe that barefoot is best for growing feet, and we’re committed to offering the same sensation for kids of all ages.

The quality is incomparable and the look is pretty sweet.  I think so at least:

Here are two things that I learned/experienced that I was impressed by.  There is a “no puncture” sole.  PERFECT for my little one who is always on an adventure.  And to be honest, this shoe was so light, that concern was one of the first things that went through my mind.  The other thing that I love…the barefoot technology.  I know how important it is for little feet to have support as they are growing and “training” their feet.  However, the barefoot aspect is fantastic since it is building up muscles at such a young age.  It is building them to work on their own and not require support provided by shoes that they will have to depend on for the rest of their life.  These are my thoughts, read more HERE.
