I grew up loving Cookie Pies that my mom made. These are a bit different though. They have a sweet sugar cookie crust with many different flavors that can be made on the top. I chose the Toffee Almond Cookie Pie because I love Toffee and Almonds.
This cookie pie would satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. A lot goes a long way. You don’t need a huge piece of this pie. I just love the sticky gooey-ness of it. The taste is amazing.
