When traveling to Tampa this past weekend for an amazing conference and being pretty strict on what I can eat, I have to get creative. While on break for lunch, we took a walk and found a little local food shop. Vale Food Co, just blew me away with the freshness and quality of their food.
This cute little place to eat is full of fun and unique foods. I love that they have two sides, kind of like a hot dish and a cold dish. Back story, my friends had been always talking about Poke bowls and how delicious they were. I had always thought to myself, I would never try that or ever like it. But the minute I saw it on the menu, I knew it was something I needed to try. And I am sure glad I did because I am hooked.
To be able to eat such fresh and delicious food two days in a row was amazing. The options change from day to day on what they have. I love that. Below is the delicious, hot dish that I was able to choose every step of the way. Being on Lazy keto, it makes it easy to be able to pick and choose the items I want.
Now, with the Poke Bowls they also have Acacia Bowls. Think of a smoothie in a bowl with granola and fresh fruit. Talk about delicious!
