Most infant car seats sit snugly inside the Shopping Cart Hammock and can be secured using the included safety strap.
A few things you may be concerned about is safety. Not to worry these meet or exceed all applicable safety standards. So that’s a plus. It can be used from birth until a child can sit upright unassisted, up to 50 lbs. You much always fasten child securely and never leave child unattended. Common sense type stuff.
