pompeianIn search of cooking oil with light flavor that comes from delicate wine grapes that reduce absorption so food preserves its natural flavor? One with a high smoke point for stir-frying, sautéing, grilling and baking? Introducing new Pompeian 100% Grapeseed Oil all natural cooking spray, imported from France!pompeian1

I honestly did not know what to expect from grapeseed oil.  Pompeian Grapeseed Oil is a rich source of Vitamin E and antioxidants and now available in a new innovative, eco-friendly cooking spray can! Unlike some other sprays, Pompeian Grapeseed Oil spray contains no propellants because of the newly designed pouch system, which also protects the oil from damaging light. When using the spray, I had to get used to how it sprays because it sprays wide and I had to learn how to control it.  It was easy to figure out where to spray and how much.  This spray worked very well with all the cupcakes, muffins and loaves I made.

What is nice is that you can not taste the grapeseed oil on the end product you make.  The muffins and loaves slide right out of the pan after using the grapeseed oil.  It is perfect.

I am glad to have been able to try out this oil spray.  It is something we will definitely use for our cooking needs.
