I have seen this recipe all over Pinterest. We gave it a try and it’s not only super easy, but really delicious too. You can prepare it ahead of time (I wait to pour butter on before I bake it). Give yourself about 45 minutes to bake it, and dinner is ready with only a 9×13 in. pan to clean. That’s my kind of cooking.
Chicken breasts (1 per person)
Potatoes (I’ve used russet or red, both are good)
Green beans (fresh or canned) I’ve heard broccoli is good too.
Packet of Italian dressing mix (or go to THIS link to make your own)
Arrange chicken, potatoes, and beans. Sprinkle with Italian mix. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over the top. Bake covered for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Oh, I LOVE these easy recipes that give the impression that I know what I’m doing in the kitchen! Sounds delicious, too. It’s on my list for next week! Thanks!! 😉
