As communities look for more sustainable ways to manage waste, two concepts are becoming increasingly connected: junk hauling and the circular economy. Junk hauling refers to the collection and removal of unwanted items from homes and businesses, including furniture, appliances, electronics, and construction debris. The circular economy, on the other hand, is an economic model…
Communities across the country are facing a growing waste problem. Increased consumption, packaging, renovation projects, and furniture turnover all contribute to higher volumes of discarded materials. While curbside recycling programs play an important role, they are often not designed to handle bulky items, electronics, or mixed materials. This gap is where removal companies can make…
Getting a 9 year old boy excited about taking a shower is often a challenge. I have even lower expectations of the quality of that shower so a 3 in 1 formula is really the way to go. It’s easier to coach him to use one bottle of wash for all. I saw a funny…
I love to find products that make life easier, cleaner, or more organized. We recently moved our washer and dryer from a closet in our kitchen to our garage and it’s been a worthwhile investment. However, I haven’t figured out shelving yet in the new location. I was looking for a way to keep the…
We recently updated our office at the shop, and I have been constantly sweeping up all the dirt. It’s so much better than it was, but now you notice all the dirt the guys track in from their job sites. Mike our office manager got me a ILIFE Robot Vacuum Cleaner. The ILIFE is cordless…
Toy clutter is inevitable. If you have kids, you have toys. The frugal side of me doesn’t want to throw away perfectly good toys, but we have a small home that I want to keep tidy. I’ve been trying different storage methods for years. Boxes This is the most obvious option but I think we…
Although I do my best to tackle a great deal of my deep cleaning in regards to my home in the Spring, it’s easy to forget about it’s Fall counterpart. Do you ever feel like you can’t get through the day without cleaning up a stain? Just the other day I made a huge mess when I was trying to throw something away and it dripped BBQ sauce all over my very light carpet. I dreaded trying to get it out. But, I immediately when…
What’s one thing you never leave home without? Especially when you are with your kids. For me, it’s the OxiClean pen. It never fails, that one of us makes a mess. We use this on so many things at home why not take it with us. OxiClean is so easy to carry and use. Instant –…
As we continue our spring cleaning this year, I always struggle with what to start with first. Typically, it’s the changing out of the winter clothes and bringing out the summer ones. They we start cleaning each room and purging things. It’s so refreshing to be able to complete a room. Do you have a…
I don’t know about your children, but my son has an abundance of Nerf Guns. He had a Nerf Gun Birthday Party before COVID hit and we acquired a lot of Nerf Guns. I have been telling him for a couple of years now that I would build something for all of his Nerf Guns. …
Right now, I bet a lot of you are working on spring cleaning. It’s just what happens this time of year. Different stains require different ingredients to eliminate them. Science shows that there is no one single ingredient that cleans everything well. So why doesn’t every brand put all of these ingredients in? Probably because…
