So it finally hit me the other day. My babies are not babies anymore.

Well they will always be my babies, but you know what I mean! Those soft little newborn squeaks, that look they give you while you nurse or feed them…

If you are a new mama, or a mama to be don’t let those sweet moments get swept away in that sleepless stupor you are in. Stop and “embrace the moment” as the owner of Belle and Beanzer would say.

This mama was knee deep in the daily craziness that is having a newborn and other kids tugging at the leg, when she stopped and noticed her sweet babe looking up at her face. At that moment she decided to stop being distracted and start enjoying every part of babyhood – changing clothes a hundred times a day, nursing, burping…and her business was born! She wanted to design super soft, super functional baby gear. A designer and artist by profession, she started painting her own graphics for the clothing and designing functional blankets, clothing, and baby essentials.

I have a sweet niece due to arrive in January and I am SO excited to give this “Welcome Little One” gift set to my sister! Every item is made of 100% pima cotton – the softest you can get. All of the seams are “flat finished” so there is no scratching on baby’s skin.  The design of each item is SO functional. I just had to list out each item with a couple of their features so you don’t miss a thing!

The Welcome Little One Gift Set includes:
1 Roo Gown: No little feet poking out and getting cold in this baby gown! I LOVE this design! There is an elastic opening at the back to pull down for quick easy diaper changes. Very snuggly – great for keeping warm at bedtime.1 Romper: That ingenious elastic back is built into this one too. I loath those little snaps that go around the inside of the leg of most rompers – with as wiggley as my little ones were this quicker diaper changing design would have been SO nice!2 Pack Burp Cloth/Bib: Perfect size for draping over the shoulder. Super absorbent. Built in snaps turn this great burp cloth into a bib! Super cool design not only covers the front but the shoulders!1 Set Booties: I have never felt such soft booties! Special “kick resistant” design will keep these on while baby is kicking away without pinching the skin.1 Big Love Blanket: This is the coolest idea. The shape is perfect for draping around baby in a stroller. Even better is how this helps cover and cuddle during nursing. I like the arm pockets on the inside that help you hold baby, while keeping the blanket draped around baby and covering you while nursing.1 Little Lovie: Super snuggly and the perfect size for little hands. I know my youngest would have clung to this like she does her taggie blankie now. I also thought it draped over the shoulder very nice to be a drool catcher.
