an easy, kid friendly recipe :: bubble up pizza

Bubble Up Pizza- serves 5

1 can of biscuits

1 C prego sauce

Turkey pepperoni (70% less fat and you can’t tell)

1 C Mozzarella

1/4 C Parmesan cheese

Cut biscuits into quarters and put in a bowl. Add sauce and cheeses and stir together. Cut pepperoni in half or quarters and add to mixture. Bake in a greased 8×8 pan (or if you double it a 9×13). Top with more cheese. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. Make sure the dough is cooked through before you serve.

Serve with a big ol’ salad or you will want to eat more then you should!
