alpha toys :: easy to fly drone force creatures :: #aSIMPLEchristmas giveaway (US & Canada)

disclaimer giveawaydroneforceAre there drones on your kid’s Christmas lists? May I give Santa a helping hand with finding the right one? We have been having way too much fun with our team of easy to fly RC creatures, each with a different performance level. We have two favorite drones from the Alpha Toys Drone Force line.

Stinger – $24.99

This drone looks like a bug and the exoskeleton roll cage makes it safe for indoor flights. An indoor drone has proven to be basically awesome. This model is recommended for ages 6+, but my youngest is 4 and he’s gotten the hang of it. Our best pilot is my husband and he’s perfected chasing the kids around the house with this bug drone. Oh the laughs we’ve had with this toy. The entire family picks this drone up daily and buzzes it around the house. It’s very lightweight, but sturdy enough to survive crashes. It doesn’t damage or scratch the walls if it happens to bump into them.

stingerFeatures include:

  • One Hand Control
  • Easy to Fly
  • Glowing Eyes
  • Sturdy, Lightweight Design
  • Indoor Use
  • Up to 50′ Flight Range
  • IR Control

Morph-Zilla – $79.99

Morph ZillaThis drone is actually a 2 in 1 toy. It can navigate on land in “ground mode” and then morph and fly away in “flight mode”. It looks like a gorilla with creepy glowing eyes. Morph-Zilla can be used indoor or outdoor, but we prefer outside. The flight range is about 150 feet and the battery life is around 15 minutes. This is a fairly average expectation for a drone battery life. It takes around 90 minutes to charge back up. My 8 year old daughter sort of took over this drone because her brothers have their own models. These drones are a good fit for boys and girls!

The tutorial video below gives you the best review of Morph-Zilla. There were a lot of buttons on the controller that we weren’t utilizing until we watched this video. It’s such a dynamic, but easy to use drone for a very affordable price.

Let me know if you have any questions about either of these drones. They are available at Walmart, Target, and Toys R Us. I also saw a deal on Groupon this week.

  7. i believe that my grandson would like either one but i think he would go to the stinger.

  18. My boys would love the morph-zilla drone. They are 10 and 15 so I think that one is perfect for them.

  49. The Morph-Zilla Drone would be my grandkids’ pick. They wouldn’t be that interested in the easy handling. They would be interested in how awesome this looks, the two toys in one, the playing with it outside or inside – it all adds up to FUN!

  50. We would definitely enjoy both of them, but I really like the Morph-Zilla drone! I love how it can navigate on land, and then take of flying!

  52. I would like to win Morph-Zilla. My nephews would have a great time flying this drone. Thank you for the chance to win.

  73. They are both neat in their own way. I’d pick the Morph-Zilla though. My kids would *love* it.

  88. i like the MORPH-ZILLA. I like that it is actually 2 drones in one for a different experience.

  101. I would probably pick the Stinger because I would have first time users. Perfect Christmas gift.
