a good night’s sleep with schlummersack :: giveaway

disclaimer giveaway

There are a few things that need to happen in order to have a goods night’s sleep right? These are things you probably do routinely every night. The same goes for your kids. Kids especially need to have a solid routine for nightly duties. I know it to be true in our house and I’m willing toschlummersack bet most of your houses as well.

take a bath.

get your pajamas on.

snack time.

brush your teeth.

read a book.

go to bed.

Does yours look similar to this? One of the most important things is to find the right pajamas to wear. My kids seem picky when it comes to putting on the right pajamas. Wearing the right pajamas so you aren’t too hot, too cold and comfortable are important.  I want to share with you a new to me company that has “sleeping bags” for kids of all ages. You know those sleep sacks you had for your kids when they were baby’s, well this company makes them for all ages.  It is called Schlummersack.  When I mean for all ages, I am talking up to 10 years old. Good to know, right?

What I’m talking about today is one I got for my daughter, when she is about 6 months and it goes all the way to 18 months.  This is a thick winter one so it will be perfect to keep her warm and cozy this fall and winter.  It has a cute pattern on it that is called Dainty Dolly. Pink, flowers and little dolls, what more could a girl want.

This is where you add a sack into your putting on the pajamas routine for the baby.  Add this to baby will keep her warm and cozy.  It is breathable and you don’t need to use a blanket because it is pretty thick. Just put something light underneath and boom!  Baby is ready to sleep.

Schlummersack does have a variety of styles to choose from so check them out and really pick out one you think will be a best fit for your child.

Do you have a night time routine for your kids? What type of pajamas does it include?

Ours recently has only wanted to wear his pajama shirt….and then kicks off his covers at night….then gets cold. This would be perfect to help keep his legs warm at night! I love that they make them for 6-10 year olds!!!

Depends on what it’s like outside. She wears anything from a nightgown to winter PJs. She does love sleepsacks though but this is the first time I’ve seen any that will fit her since she outgrew her last one around 2 years ago (she’s 8).
