If you suffer from digestive troubles, I highly recommend taking a probiotic each day. I’ve been taking probiotics in various forms for several years and they have been a lifesaver for me.Good Belly

If you have trouble swallowing pills, GoodBelly has probiotic drinks that are an excellent alternative. GoodBelly drinks are certified organic, non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free and vegan. We have been drinking Good Belly since my last post and it is pretty fantastic.  I can get the kids to drink it without any problems.

We got to try these three flavors pictured to the right.  My absolute favorite is the Mango flavor.  It is soooo good.  My kids liked the Blueberry Acai flavor best.  I was happy to be able to find these at one of my local grocery stores.  I love that these types of products are showing up in our stores more and more.goodbelly1

There are several more flavors that I can’t wait to try.  Not to mention, a few other products that look pretty yummy.

What you eat and drink has so much to do with your overall health.

And where does that health get started? In your gut, your digestive tract — your belly. That’s why you should start every day with a GoodBelly. Every shot or glass has the probiotic digestive helpers your body needs. You’ll feel so good, you’ll make GoodBelly your daily go-to. Because when your belly smiles, the rest of you does too.

Good Belly has a challenge for you…..What’s the 12 Day Belly Reboot you ask?
GoodBelly is designed to naturally renew your digestive health, right where your overall health gets started — in your belly. During the 12 Day Belly Reboot, you’ll drink one 8 oz. glass or one shot of delicious GoodBelly a day for 12 days. Along the way, you’ll be able to track exactly what’s happening in your body, they’ll also check in with good tips and you’ll get juicy coupons.

This is pretty cool! I take mine in a capsule for but this would be nice for the kids too.

Have to share this with my mom who takes probiotics in the pill form. Think she will like this a lot better

Pills are so difficult for me to take and if something is good for me and tastes good that’s definitely a plus for me. I think I’ll have to try the pink grapefruit flavor.

My daughter recently had to be on antibiotics for an ear infection and I really wanted her to take probiotics at the same time… I struggled to find some that she would take! I’ve seen this at the store and wish I would have thought about it for my daughter. I’m sure she would have loved the flavors. Thanks for sharing- I’ll keep Good Belly in mind!

Yes this is way easier for kids to take. I bet your daughter would love it.

I didn’t realize this was even made. I don’t like taking pills and can get sick of yogurt. I am going to try this and give it to my kiddos too

I just love all of the flavors offered with this product – I wouldn’t mind trying each and every one of them – even the Carrot Ginger.

I’m not much of a yogurt eater, so this is a great alternative for me when it comes to probiotics.
