sometimes, you just need something new for pictures :: family pictures {#fallfashion}

You all know by now, Kohl’s has come to my rescue on many occasions when it comes to clothing or home needs. There are so many things that I love about this store, it’s hard to pick just one. I think the bottom line for me comes to massive selection combined with stellar deals. Ok, maybe deals gets me first!

Whenever I go in to the store, I have an agenda. If you don’t, you come out with a ton of things you didn’t know you needed. I have done that too many times…and it’s so fun! I come home with a car full and my husband just shakes his head as I walk through my garage door with the beloved grey, plastic bags in hand.

On one of my most recent trips to Kohl’s, I had a plan. I needed to get something for a business trip my husband and I were going on. Turns out, the outfit I chose was not only perfect for the business trip (Las Vegas baby!!), but fabulous for my family pictures!

Most times, there is no thinking necessary when you go to Kohl’s on a mission. They typically have some really well-dressed mannequins that get the ball rolling for ideas. This outfit I’m sharing today…idea came straight from the mannequin. I shop the Juniors section a lot, and when I walked by that day, I saw this fabulous, patterned, light weight, tunic-type shirt. I didn’t have a whole lot of time, so my search started and ended there! I paired it with some black skinny pants and some flats for family pictures and heels for the trade show. VOILA!!
